Our Off-Grid IPA is brewed year round. In this IPA we use pine needles and Chinook hops to give a piney, floral nose and Mosaic hops to provide a citrus balance. The addition of rye and white wheat give it it's full body.
This beer is meant to be enjoyed off the grid and each batch is brewed with a local hike in mind. Take it to your secret spot in the woods or check out one of the Off Grid featured hikes.
This featured hike may be the most strenuous of the bunch, but entirely worth the climb. While it is only 2.5 miles, the elevation gain in that short time is intense. The view of the Columbia River is unbeatable once you reach the top though!

This trailhead is broken up into the Upper and Lower Falls. While the upper portion is more than worth the view, most hikers stick with the lower falls. The Lower Falls Creek Falls hike is a nice light day hike. The turnaround point for this is the perfect resting spot to crack open a beer and enjoy the rushing waterfall. A staff favorite they hike yearly.

While off the beaten path, this hike shows off just about everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. From its open fields of wildflowers to an incredible view of Mt. Hood, you won't regret the 1,000 feet elevation gain in just two short miles.
