Official Rules for the Original Lumberjack IPA Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:The Original Lumberjack IPA Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Backwoods Brewing Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor:The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Backwoods Brewing Company, located at 1162 B Wind River Rd., Carson, WA, 98610.
3. Sweepstakes Period:The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter:Participants can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the following steps:
Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Multiple entries submitted by the same person using different email addresses, identities, or devices are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Prizes:Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $1,445.
Weekly Prizes: Randomly drawn weekly winners will receive one (1) of the following:
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:Grand Prize Winner: A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 30, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.Weekly Winners: Weekly random drawings will be conducted randomly during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days of notification, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Odds of Winning:The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release:By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use the participant’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions:Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability:By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.
11. Disputes:Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [County/State of Sponsor]; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.

13. Winners List:To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Backwoods Brewing Company 1162 B Wind River Rd., Carson, WA, 98610. Requests must be received by June 30, 2025.
